Delivery

All delivery addresses will copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.

Delivery Cost

For orders under £50.00 p&p = £4.00 (UK only)

Delivery to Europe = £6.00

Delivery to Rest of the World = £10.00

 

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.

After giftcard(s) have been purchased a successful payment email will be sent to the email used in registration and at the bottom of that email will be the giftcard code(s) which can be redeemed on any products on semolinapilchard .co.uk. if you would prefer a giftcard to be posted to someone please email us to arrange this.
