Ordering

Once you have selected your purchases please enter our secure checkout via the shopping cart. This allows you to place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any problems or questions please send us an email and we promise a quick reply. 

Coupons and Gift Cards

All coupons are issued under the discretion of Semolina Pilchard and we reserve the right to refuse coupon/discount codes. Any misuse of coupons and giftcards will not be tolerated and unauthorised usage is strictly prohibited. Coupon discount will not be applied to Giftcards. Gift Cards purchased in store can either be sent as a code in your successfull purchase email or they can be sent in a greetings card posted to recipient. To use this option please select the send direct option in the product description and email us the recipients name and address, type of greetings card needed i.e. 3rd birthday/baby boy etc. and also the date card should arrive by.

Payment Methods

You can pay by Postal Order, Cheque or Credit/Debit card (via PayPal who do our security checks) - You do not need to have a PayPal account of your own or open one.

1.   Select 'PayPal' as payment method

2.   Next Page - Check order and submit

3.   Order Complete Page - Click on 'PayPal Click here to pay' symbol to enter your card details. You can also use an existing PayPal account to make the payment if you prefer to. If you wish to pay using your funds in your existing Paypal account sign in and pay.

Please ensure you receive a correct confirmation from Paypal.

Postage & Packing

Delivery to all UK mainland addresses:

Orders under £40 - £3.95 standard delivery

Orders over £40 – FREE DELIVERY

Standard delivery times 5-7 working days after dispatch of order personalized items will take 3 days longer. Bambino shoes are shipped directly from America so will take 10 days.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed after 2pm are treated as if placed the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be deemed to have been placed on the following Monday.  

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If the goods are not in stock an email will be sent to you giving you the option to wait or to cancel the order.

UK mainland deliveries are usually within 3 working days. Subject to circumstances out of our control.  

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. 

Please note the refund will be made once the product has been received by us. We suggest you insure your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.  

Credit Card Security

All of our credit/cdebit payments are processed via Paypal and are therefore protected by their extensive security processes and systems. Payments on your credit card statement will display as Paypal Payments
